Range roast grass fed Sirloin of beef with dripping roast potatoes, root vegetable stovies, Yorkshire pudding & pan roast gravy

One Pan Roast Solway Salmon fillet with new potatoes, asparagus and oyster sauce

Chef's Pear and Rhubarb crumble with a crunchy oat topping & vanilla custard

Dark Chocolate Marquis, rich chocolate dessert scented with honey and brandy and topped with Madagascan vanilla ice cream
